Standard Warranty

All our pre-owned laptops come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage conditions.

  • Power adapter defects
  • Fan and cooling system problems

Extended Warranty Options

Extend your protection beyond the standard warranty period. Available at the time of purchase:

+1 Year Extended Warranty

Get an additional year of coverage for complete peace of mind.

+2 Years Extended Warranty

Maximum protection with 2 additional years of warranty coverage.

Battery & Adapter Warranty

Batteries and adapters are covered under a separate 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase.

Note: Battery capacity naturally degrades over time with normal usage. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not natural capacity loss.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks, dents)
  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, wear, discoloration)
  • Software issues (operating system, viruses, data loss)
  • Battery capacity degradation due to normal wear
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues
  • Missing or damaged accessories not reported within 48 hours of delivery

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the defect, along with your original purchase receipt.
  3. Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty.
  4. Resolution: We'll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the issue.
  5. Shipping: For warranty claims, we cover the cost of shipping the product to and from our service center.

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Keep your original purchase receipt and order confirmation for warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.
  • Any repairs or modifications done by unauthorized service centers will void the warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover data loss. Always back up your important data regularly.
