Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order at no additional cost if the product hasn't been shipped within 4 working days after order placement. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipment

If you wish to cancel after the order has been dispatched, you may be charged:

  • Shipping charges (to and from)
  • Payment gateway fees (if applicable)
  • Restocking fees (if the product is opened)

14-Day Return Policy (Defective Products)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or replacement.

What qualifies as defective:

  • Hardware malfunctions (not working as described)
  • Physical damage that occurred during shipping
  • Missing accessories or components
  • Significant difference from product description
  • Manufacturing defects

Return Process for Defective Products:

  1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos/videos of the defect and order details
  3. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return
  4. We will arrange for pickup or provide a return shipping label
  5. Once received and verified, refund or replacement will be processed

Buyback Program (Non-Defective Returns)

For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong model ordered, etc.), we offer a buyback program with the following conditions:

Buyback Conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included
  • No signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Buyback value is calculated based on product condition and market depreciation

Note: Deductions may apply for:

  • Market depreciation (typically 5-15% depending on product age)
  • Customer-induced defects or damage
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Required Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition (unused for non-defective returns)
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • Product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear (for non-defective returns)
  • Return request must be initiated within the specified time period
  • Product serial number must match the order

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or abuse
  • Product has been opened and used (for non-defective returns)
  • Missing accessories, packaging, or documentation
  • Return request is made after the specified time period
  • Product has been modified or tampered with
  • Serial number does not match the order

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  1. Once we receive and verify the returned product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  2. Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  3. For bank transfers, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Note: For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement Policy

For defective products, you can choose between a full refund or replacement with the same or similar product (subject to availability).

Replacement Conditions:

  • Replacement is available only for defective products
  • Same product replacement subject to stock availability
  • If same product is not available, we may offer a similar or upgraded model
  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product
  • No additional charges for replacement shipping

Important Notes

  • Always use the original packaging for returns to prevent damage during transit.
  • Take photos/videos of the product before returning it for your records.
  • Keep the return tracking number safe until the refund/replacement is processed.

  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
