Important Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package

  • Do not accept damaged packages - contact us immediately if the package appears damaged
  • Verify the contents match your order before signing the delivery receipt
  • Keep the original packaging until you've verified the product is working correctly
  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution

Undelivered Orders

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The package will be returned to our warehouse
  • We will contact you to confirm the correct delivery address
  • You may be charged for re-shipping if the address was incorrect
  • If the order is cancelled, refund will be processed minus shipping and handling charges
